By accessing or using Field Pro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Field Pro provides a cloud-based field operations platform including scheduling, dispatch, routing, fleet management, equipment tracking, and job execution tools, integrated with third-party services such as HubSpot.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Use the service to store or transmit infringing or illegal content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Payment Terms

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Field Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Field Pro. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIELD PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
